As an industry leader in sustainable real estate, Gerding Edlen will bring its unique approach in building optimization, sustainable operations and tenant engagement to Power & Light. A comprehensive suite of sustainability upgrades and certifications has been identified for the property, and in Q2 2020, a web-based utility monitoring system was installed. This platform tracks energy use in real time and helps optimize building performance and facilities annual benchmarking.
